Common Sense is a documentary about four people with mental disabilities. They want to contribute to society and show that they are ‘normal’ human beings. By following the protagonists while they’re at work, exercising their hobbies and when they’re in contact with animals, the viewer gets a clear image of a mentally disabled person’s soul.
What are their drives? Their emotions and their dreams? How do they cope with problems and how do they cope with being bullied?
Common Sense shows us that the qualities and capabilities of these people should not be underestimated.
